Day 01: Arrival at Mumbai]

Awaits warm welcomes on your arrival at Mumbai international airport by our representative and transfer to the hotel. Overnight.

Day 02: Mumbai Sightseeing]

After breakfast proceed for sightseeing of Mumbai. Elephant cave (visit by Ferry) - The Elephanta Caves are a  great tourist attraction in the vicinity of the large Mumbai meteropolis. The Elephantaisland is located 10 km away from the Gateway of India at Mumbai. These caves house rock cut temples dating back to the 5th century CE.TheElephantaisland was so named by the Portuguese, after the statue of an elephant near the landing area of the island. These rock cut temples dedicated to Shiva Mahadeva are rich in sculptural content. Motorboats take passengers from AppolloBunder near the Gateway of India.

 

Gateway of India - was built to celebrate and honor the visit of King George V and Queen Mary to India for their formal proclamation as Emperor and Empress of India at the Delhi Durbar in December 1911.

 

Prince of Wales Museum-  which houses a priceless collection of art, sculpture, china and other antiques.

Drive past the Victoria Terminus, Mumbai University and Rajabai Clock Tower, Hanging garden. Make a photo stop at Dhobi Ghat, the open-air laundry of the city. Overnight at hotel.

Day 03: Mumbai - Jaipur [by  flight]

After breakfast check out and board flight for Jaipur, Upon arrival check into the hotel, evening free for leisure or you can explore local market for shopping.  Overnight at hotel.

 

Day 04: Jaipur Sightseeing ]

After breakfast, set out for Jaipur city tour. Proceed to visit the stunning fort of Jaipur - Amer Fort. It is a massive hill fort located on a hilltop dating back to 16th century that displays private halls, pavilions, former private chambers of the Rajput Kings and royal women. Here, take an Elephant ride to and fro the fort absorbing the captivating reflections of this fort falling on the Maota Lake below.

Later in the afternoon, make a visit to the royal palace of Jaipur - City Palacethat portrays a perfect fusion of Mughal and Rajput architecture. Here, explore the former private and public chambers, silver vessels, courtyards, gateways, private chambers of the King and lots more. It also houses a museum that showcases carpets, hand-written scriptures, manuscripts and various other artifacts that belonged to the royal family of Jaipur. Head for a visit to the JantarMantar- an astronomical observatory, built by the founder King of Jaipur, with nineteen architectural astronomical instruments to observe the harmony of the heavens. The most significant one is the SamratYantra - popularly known as the world’s largest sundial. Drive past the Hawa Mahalor the “Palace of the Winds” -a five-storey palace designed with 953 windows adorned with intricate latticework. Overnight stay at hotel in Jaipur.

Day 05: Jaipur – Agra [240km/4-5 Hrs approx ]

After breakfast check out and drive to Agra and stop at FatehpurSikrien route. FatehpurSikri was built by Emperor Akbar in 1569 and abandoned after 15 years due to scarcity of water. See the graceful buildings including Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chishti, Panch Mahal and other palaces. Later drive continuous to Jaipur, about 195 kilometers from FatehpurSikri. On arrival check into the hotel for night stay.

 

Day 06: Agra Sightseeing – New Delhi [240km/4-5 Hrs approx ]

An early morning visit to Taj Mahal with it's spectacular views. The Taj Mahal, which is one man’s monumental testimony to love, has become synonymous not only with this city but with all of India. A mausoleum built by Shah Jahan for his empress Mumtaz Mahal, the Taj is the primary attraction of the city. The construction is believed to have taken 18 years (1631-1648) with over 20,000 artisans working around the clock. Return to the hoetl for beakfast.

After breakfast check out and visit Agra Fort – the seat and the stronghold of the Mughal Empire under successive generations. This was the seat of Mughal rule and administration and the present structure owes its origins to Akbar who erected the walls and gate sand the first buildings on the eastern banks of Yamuna River. Shah Jehan added the impressive quarters and the mosque while Aurangzeb added the outer ramparts. Visit its Hall of Public Audience and its Royal Pavilions.

Itmad-Ud-Daulah’s Tomb, the monument that is most important in Agra is the Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daulah or "Baby Taj" as it is called sometimes. A highly ornate edifice, this mausoleum is considered as the imminent precursor of the Taj Mahal as far as elaborate carvings and inlay work are concerned. Though the structure does not have much to offer architecturally, it makes a clear departure from the earlier Mughal tombs built during the period and is softer and with a lot of inlay carvings.

After sightseeing drive to New Delhi, Upon arrival check into the hotel. Overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 07: New Delhi Sightseeing ]

After breakfast Sightseeing in Old Delhi Explore the Red Fort known as Lal Quila (A Unesco World Heritage Site). The Red Fort was the residence of the Mughal emperor of India for nearly 200 years. It is Located in the center of Delhi and houses a number of museums.

Next, venture to the Jama Masjid the country's largest mosque, built in 1656, where thousands of Muslims offer prayers daily. The great mosque of Old Delhi is both the largest in India and the final architectural extravagance of Shah Jahan. The mosque's courtyard is capable of holding 25,000 devotees.

New Delhi Sightseeing, Visit Humayun's Tomb (A UNESCO World Heritage Site), the tomb is an early example of Mughal architecture. This tomb is of great interest in relation to the Taj Mahal. 

Tour QutubMinar, (A UNESCO World Heritage Site), the QutabMinar is a soaring tower of victory. It was construction was commenced in 1193, immediately after the defeat of the last Hindu Kingdom in Delhi. It's nearly 73 meters high and tapers from a 15-meter-diameter base to just 2.5 meters at the top. 

 

Go to India's Gate the national monument of India. Constructed in memory of 90,000 British-Indian soldiers who fought in WW-II. The structure was built under the leadership of Sir Edwin Lutyens. The architectural complex is made of red stone and granite.

Drive past the official residence of the President of India and the Parliament House. The Presidents house is a famous attraction of New Delhi. It remained the home to the former British Viceroy of India till 1950. The Parliament House is a circular colonnaded building. It currently houses ministerial offices, numerous committee rooms, and an excellent library. Conceived in the Imperial Style, the Parliament House consists of an open verandah with 144 columns.

Day 08: Wed: 07/03/18: New Delhi – Goa [by flight]

After breakfast check out and board flight for Goa, Upon arrival check into the hotel. Evening free for leisure. Overnight.

 

Day 9: Goa Sightseeing ]

 

After breakfast proceed to visit Goa city The wonderfully ambient area of Old Goa is a UNESCO declared World Heritage Site. It is home to stunning churches like Se Cathedral, the Basilica of Bom Jesus and St. Cajetan Church.

Basilica of Bom Jesus Church - The majestic Basilica of Bom Jesus is a World Heritage monument which houses the remains of St. Francis Xavier.

Se Cathedral - The magnificent Se Cathedral is one of the biggest churches in Asia. The church grounds are gorgeous and also house an archaeological museum.

Anjuna Beach - Palm trees line the beautiful sands of Anjuna Beach which is also known for some cutting edge full moon parties.

Baga Beach-  is very popular with the hip set of travelers and is one of the main tourist attractions in Goa.

 

Boat Cruise with dinner- The Dinner cruise leaves the Santa Monica Jetty at 8.30 pm. This is a two-hour cruise which takes you along the River Mandovi from the jetty in the Santa Monica. There is lots of entertainment on board with young boys and girls dancing Goa's famous folk dances of dekhni and fugdi. There is live music or DJ music and all are invited to sing and dance and have a jolly good time, while the boat sails down the river.

Day 10: Goa - Mumbai [by flight] – Departure

After morning breakfast check out from the hotel and departure transfer to the airport to board flight for Mumbai, Upon arrival at Mumbai connect to your International flight for onward destination. thanks you for your patronage and looks forward to serving you again in the near future.
